¶ What is NextCloud?
Nextcloud is a web application that serves the following functions:
- File Storage (like Dropbox)
- Calendars (such as Trip and Social calendars)
- Task Management (You can assign yourself or other users tasks, along with notes and due dates)
- Poll Management (You can create polls (both for internal and external use) and view the results)
The web app can be found at cloud.fscev.org.

¶ How do I login?
You will receive login data from a system administrator containing your username and password.
Please change your password upon logging in.
If you lose or forget your password, a system administrator can reset it for you.

¶ File Storage
You can find the file storage at cloud.fscev.org/apps/files/
You can identify shared folders with the following icon:
Only files in shared folders can be seen/accessed by others.
¶ Calendar
You can find the calendar at cloud.fscev.org/apps/calendar/
You'll be able to see any calendars shared with you.
If you need to edit a calendar, please contact a system administrator.
